Besides the cheetah, there are several resident lion prides living in the reserve. For an up-close adventure, the lodge furnishes a black rhino tracking expedition on foot and luxury bush walks. Family safaris ensure that accompanying children enjoy a safe and educational safari with their parents. There are also beach and scuba diving safaris to Maputaland, as well as late night turtle adventures in season to watch leatherback and loggerhead turtles lay their eggs on the beach under the light of the moon. Other activities include canoeing and a motor boat cruise on the Mizanine River or arranging a flight over the reserve.
