Exploring the world-famous Okavango Delta and wildlife-dense Moremi Game Reserve, Moremi Magic is an exciting five-night, fully-serviced mobile safari through the wilds of Botswana.

A minimum of two guests is required to begin this thrilling adventure with a maximum of seven per departure. The safari departs from Maun for a five night/six day adventure before returning to the beginning in Maun. As a fully-serviced safari, guest just have to come along for the thrilling ride. The adventure includes a private safari vehicle and professional guide, plus a backup driver, cook, and camp assist following in their own vehicle. The camp staff takes care of everything from setting up the tents to preparing delicious meals. This is the perfect mobile safari for small groups, families, and honeymooners.

The adventure begins in Maun where the guide will pick up guests at the airport. From there, it’s off to Moremi Game Reserve with a picnic lunch on route. Arriving in time for sundowners, the staff will set up camp. The first two nights will be spent camping at the Xakanaxa/3rd Bridge region with daily game drives of the Reserve. The Reserve covers 1,900 sq mi of diverse environments combining mopane woodland and acacia forests, floodplains, and lagoons. Many species live here including African Bush elephant, giraffe, African buffalo, hippo, lechwe, tsessebe, sitatunga, leopard, blue wildebeest, Nile crocodile, lion, cheetah, brown hyena, Springbok, greater kudu, sable antelope, black rhinoceros, white rhinoceros, plains zebra, warthog, and chacma baboon.

Days three, four, and five will be spent camping in the Khwai Community Area. The days will be spent exploring the Khwai floodplains including some exciting opportunities for night-time game drives to follow the nocturnal animals hereabouts. In addition, there is a two and a half-hour mokoro cruise exploring the water ways of Khwai only a traditional mokoro, a gondola-type canoe guided by long poles. Day six will begin with breakfast at camp before heading pack to Maun with a picnic lunch on the way.

Accommodation while on safari consist of comfortable walk-in Meru style tents with built-in floors and mosquito gauze at windows and entrance. Beds are comfortable camp stretchers including all bed linen and a towel. The tents include an en suite bathroom with a bucket shower and a bush toilet. The rates include all meals & selected drinks. A light breakfast will be served before the early morning game drive which consists of tea, plunger coffee, juice, rusks, fruit, cereal, toast and jams. Lunch includes salads, freshly baked bread on the open campfire, cold meats, and pickles. End the day with a three-course dinner served with South African wines against the magical backdrop of the African night sky.
