Accommodations at the lodge consist of sixty-five double room chalets. Each well-furnished and air-conditioned room comes with two comfortable twin beds. The en suite bathrooms include a shower. The family rooms feature a spacious, open-plan room with four beds. Every room has a small veranda furnished with chairs for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent views towards Etosha. Additional amenities include fans, tea and coffee facilities, a hairdryer, safe, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The lodge is located near the Andersson Gate to Etosha National Park. Covering more than 8,600 square miles, Etosha National Park in north-central Namibia is one of Africa’s largest parks and greatest wildlife viewing spots. The park is named for and dominated by the Etosha Pan, a salt desert that is nearly completely barren in the dry winter months. Perennial springs along the edges of the pan create natural waterholes that draw daily concentrations of wildlife and wildfowl. The many waterholes attract a host of animals including lions, elephants, springboks, gemsboks, giraffes, and more will come by the hundreds. At night, floodlights on the water holes illuminate the nocturnal doings of lions, cheetah, elephants, and rhinos. During summer, the rains turn the saltpan into a shallow lake that attracts thousands of migratory birds, most notably pelicans and flamingos.

Early morning and late afternoon game drives explore the wonders of Etosha with the help of a knowledgeable guide. The camp utilizes comfortable 4WD vehicles with elevated seats ensuring everyone a spectacular view. There are also half-day and full-day game drives available as well. The roads are accessible by a regular car and there are plenty of rest areas, restaurants, viewing decks, shops, and gas stations around for those guests who wish to discover the park on their own. Night game drives capture the nightly adventures of many animals illuminated by floodlights.

The main lodge houses a restaurant and bar. But meals and sundowner cocktails can also be enjoyed on the wide wooden deck overlooking the Mopani bush. Guests have a choice between three refreshing pools to cool off in during the heat of the day. A family-friendly property, babysitting services are available upon request.
