This two-hour walk around the coffee plantation illustrates how the entire coffee process works, from growing and harvesting to drying and producing this favorite aromatic brew. Animal-lovers should visit Arusha National Park. The 212-square mile park includes a montane forest which is home to the blue monkey, turaco, trogon, black and white colobus monkey, buffalo, warthog, and more. In the center of the forest stands the remarkable Ngurdoto Crater, whose steep, rocky cliffs enclose a wide marshy floor dotted with herds of buffalo and warthog.
