Kicheche Valley

PLAN MY TRIP

Kicheche Valley Camp is an exclusive, small-scale luxury tented camp set in a secluded valley in the eastern side of the Naboisho Conservancy, Kenya.

The camp comprises just six standard tented suites plus a family suite, all positioned on timber platforms among granite outcrops and acacia woodland — a setting that offers privacy, comfort and scenic game-rich surroundings.

The tents are bright and spacious, each with en-suite bathrooms, veranda space, and large insect-proof mesh or roll-up canvas openings that frame views of the plains and valley below.

The main lounge and dining area sits atop a terrace overlooking a natural spring, giving guests the chance to observe wildlife in close proximity while relaxing in comfortable surroundings.

Guiding and wildlife access are strong points: the conservancy supports high densities of elephants, giraffes (noted as the largest population in the Mara ecosystem), sizable lion and leopard populations, and a rich birding environment with rare species.

Activities include day and night game drives, guided nature walks, bush breakfasts, and optional cultural visits to local communities.

The camp operates on solar power, has a strong eco-focus (including water dispensers and reuse of materials), and maintains a low guest density which enhances the feeling of wilderness and exclusivity.

Kicheche Valley Camp offers a highly refined safari setting that combines elevated comfort, outstanding wildlife opportunity, and a relaxed, intimate atmosphere.
