The hotel has a choice of 173 spacious guestrooms and suites each with its own private veranda placed along the river bank. There are luxury twin and king rooms with Victorian bathrooms that feature both a shower and bath. The luxury suites include a king-sized bed, Victorian bathroom with a dressing room, and a separate lounge and wet bar. Though for the ultimate experience, the Presidential Suite not only features a king-sized bed, the Victorian bathroom has a spa bath, twin vanity, and a shower. The suite also includes a separate lounge area and dining room. Additional amenities include a satellite television, air-conditioning, mini bar, safe, and tea and coffee-making facilities.

The iconic hotel is named after the famous explorer, David Livingstone who christened the falls after Queen Victoria. Guests enjoy the privilege of complimentary access to Victoria Falls via a private entrance. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the falls straddle the border of Zimbabwe and Zambia where the Zambezi River drops more than 328 feet into the Batoka Gorge forming the falls itself. The falls are often referred to as “Mosi-oa-Tunya” or the Smoke that Thunders. At 5,604 feet wide, it is the largest curtain of falling water in the world.
