Boma Guesthouse is set in tropical gardens in a leafy suburb, a few minutes drive from Entebbe International Airport.

Known for its charming blend of colonial architecture and modern comforts, Boma Guesthouse has 16 individually decorated rooms available with either twin beds or king size double beds and can be configured to sleep up to three people. All rooms include 24Hr services/reception, four poster beds with mosquito nets, a private verandah, en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, daily house keeping, safes, wireless internet and a solar heated hot water shower.

Blending colonial charm with modern amenities to ensure a pleasant stay for guests, this is an ideal stopover for all airline passengers. Their staff and management team ensure guests receive a personable service and enjoy hospitality standards which are in keeping with the tradition of this charming lakeshore town.

The guesthouse has a highly regarded, residents-only restaurant on-site that is open from 6am to 10pm and serves a mix of local and international cuisine. There is a swimming pool set within a large tropical garden that is teaming with birdlife, a playground and a sand pit for children.

Their rooms are tastefully decorated in an eclectic African European style to reflect the local culture and their artwork and hand carved furniture is locally manufactured to support the nearby communities.

The guesthouse is a 15 minute cycle to the Botanical Gardens which dates from the Colonial era and contains many beautiful trees including palms and medicinal plants. Day trips can be arranged to visit Mabamba Swamp and Ngamba Island, and to go fishing on Lake Victoria. Sunset cruises can be chartered on the lake with prior notice.
